All the materials is purchased by ourselves and the factory of stainless steel flask body manufacture is founded by ourselves too.
The plastic parts, which is with the biggest water-leakage possibility, are produced in our own workshop in one high-class plastic components factory.
Normally, the waste-product rate of the Stainless Vacuum Flask is about 10%. With our TAFUCO quality test center work, there is one more test working procedure than the other factories so that 3% more waste-product rate is filtrated out.

Feature: All of our products are made by 18-8 stainless steel (it’s normal called 304 steel either), the Nickel content of it is higher than the 201 steel which is used for SV flask before. And the 18-8 stainless steel is the best material for household SV flask till now. There are two body shells in a vacuum flask, and between them is vacuum. So the quality of these two shells is important. Regarding our SV flask, the outside surface of the inner stainless body is silver-plating, and inside surface of the inner body is sandblast-handled. The skin of the outside flask can be painted to different colors as customer want. The open style of the flask is our own-patent right design, which can avoid the leakage very well.
